Which Claude apps does it work with?
Claude web, Claude mobile, Cowork, and Claude Desktop connectors all use the hosted remote connector. Local Claude Desktop MCP is also supported via the commentscraper CLI.
Which plan do I need?
The Claude MCP is an All Access feature. Pro covers Reddit; All Access adds Amazon, Trustpilot, YouTube, Etsy and Steam, plus the commentscraper CLI and the MCP connector.
What's the difference between the remote and local MCP?
The remote hosted connector works for Claude web, mobile, Cowork and Desktop with no install. Local Desktop MCP runs through the commentscraper CLI on your machine and is configured separately.
How fresh is the data?
Comments are pulled live per query, so Claude is reading the threads as they are right now, not a stale snapshot.
Does each teammate connect their own account?
Yes. An Owner adds the connector once in Organization settings, then each member connects their own Adlicio account from Customize > Connectors.
