How does Ad Longevity Checker work?

Enter a brand and country. The tool pulls active ads from Meta's public Ad Library, groups repeated copy, calculates each unique ad's age from its start date, and ranks ads that have run for at least 14 days.

Why use ad longevity as a performance signal?

Advertisers usually stop funding creative that is not helping the account. A long-running ad has survived more budget decisions, which makes it a practical research signal even though it is not direct performance data.

Is Ad Longevity Checker free?

Yes. It shares the Competitor Ad Finder allowance, with two searches per ISO week for anonymous visitors. A free account removes the anonymous IP gate, while the shared weekly tool budget still applies.

What are the limits of the data?

Meta shows start dates and active status, but it does not show spend, revenue, conversion rate, or targeting for ordinary commercial ads. Longevity is a useful proxy, not proof of profitability.
